Privacy notice
The Operations Leakage Calculator · Last updated 13 July 2026
This notice covers the ProSynth Systems operations leakage calculator and what happens to any personal data you choose to share through it. The short version: the calculator itself runs entirely in your browser, and we only hold personal data you actively give us by entering your email to unlock your results dashboard.
What we collect
- The calculator figures you type stay in your browser while you are filling in the sections. Nothing is stored until you unlock your dashboard.
- If you unlock your results dashboard: your email address, your consent choice, the currency you selected, and the figures you entered across the seven sections (stored together as your results, so your dashboard can be generated and shown back to you at its own private link).
- If you book a diagnostic call: the name, email, and booking details you enter on the Cal.com booking page.
Why we collect it, and on what basis
- Results dashboard (consent): to generate and host your personalised results dashboard at a private, shareable link, and so ProSynth Systems can follow up about your diagnostic if relevant. We only store this if you tick the consent box before unlocking, and you can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us to have your record erased.
- Diagnostic call booking (steps you request): to schedule and run the call you booked.
There is no automatic follow-up email sent when you unlock your dashboard. We do not sell or share your details with anyone for their own marketing, and we collect nothing beyond what is listed above.
Who processes it
- Supabase stores your results dashboard record (email, consent choice, currency, and the figures you entered) in a database with access controls that only permit creating a new record and reading a single record back by its own unguessable link, never a listing of other people's records.
- Cal.com handles diagnostic call bookings.
- Vercel hosts this page and keeps standard, short-lived server logs.
Each provider acts as a data processor with its own GDPR commitments and data processing agreement.
How long we keep it
Results dashboard records are kept until you ask us to remove them; we action removal requests within 30 days. Booking details are kept for as long as needed to deliver the work you asked about, then removed.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask us at any time to access, correct, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to how it is used, or to receive a copy of it. You can also withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email shane@prosynthsystem.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to your supervisory authority, such as the ICO in the UK.
